"For the second year in a row our premium increased on one policy by $1000. It is beyond frustrating and disappointing. They do not reach out to let you know about the increase in advance. Instead for the second year in a row, I just see the updated amount come through and I have to email to ask for an explanation. The rationale offered is increased claims and cost of labor, however it seems unreasonable that it would result in an over 20% premium increase for the same coverage. They are not the lowest rates by a long shot or the most responsive, or helpful. I would not recommend."
